In collaboration with Aston University we have access to the latest scientific equipment and microbiology laboratory facilities, including collections of fully characterised bacterial cultures. In our category 2 containment facilities we are able to isolate and characterise a wide range of bacterial pathogens isolated from water, food and the environment. From environmental hygiene sampling and air quality monitoring to establishing the microbiological safety of food and challenge testing preservative mechanisms we are happy to discuss your requirements and work with you to develop a sampling and testing programme to meet your budget and requirements. We can advise your business on sampling, experimental design and the most relevant analysis for your products.
If you know the name of the bacterium to be targeted in the analysis call us for a free consultation and we'll recommend a suitable methodology to isolate it. We are also able to test samples to British (BS) or International Standards (ISO), just let us know what you need.
